Returns on non-BioVex products will not be accepted without our prior authorization. To request authorization for a return, please contact us using our online Request Product Return web-enabled form. The link to this form is located in the page footer of our website.
Once a return is authorized, we will provide instructions regarding the return of the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect and note any damage to the product. Products returned damaged may be assessed an extra fee up to the full value of the purchase.
All non-BioVex products must be returned undamaged with all original items including but not limited to: boxes, packing materials, outer cartons, manuals, registration cards, and accessories. Products returned with items missing may be assessed an extra fee up to the full value of the purchase.
Please notify us immediately if a product arrives damaged during shipping.
