Return Policy

"NO RETURN POLICY" ON BIOVEX PRODUCTS

We have a “no return policy” regarding all BioVex products.  All sales of BioVex products are final.  Please notify us immediately if your BioVex product arrives damaged during shipping.

NON-BIOVEX PRODUCTS

Returns on non-BioVex products will not be accepted without our prior authorization.  To request authorization for a return, please contact us using our online Request Product Return web-enabled form.  The link to this form is located in the page footer of our website.

Once a return is authorized, we will provide instructions regarding the return of the product.  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect and note any damage to the product. Products returned damaged may be assessed an extra fee up to the full value of the purchase.

All non-BioVex products must be returned undamaged with all original items including but not limited to: boxes, packing materials, outer cartons, manuals, registration cards, and  accessories. Products returned with items missing may be assessed an extra fee up to the full value of the purchase.
Please notify us immediately if a product arrives damaged during shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges of non-BioVex products due to customer special delivery requests (overnight delivery, international delivery, etc.) are not refundable.

RETURN PERIOD

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery of any non-BioVex product.  The first day of the 30-day return period is the day the customer receives item(s). Deliveries that were undeliverable or refused may result in a charge to customer for both outbound and return shipments.

DISCOUNTED / SALE ITEMS / FREE ITEMS

The refund value of discounted and sale items will not exceed the amount paid for the discounted / sale items.  If any free items were provided with your product, those items should also be returned.  The value of such free items that are not returned will be deducted from the refund value.
